I ran the windows version of 0.1.4. Playing the prologue, it keeps looping me back to the dialogue in need to turn off the lights. I'm stuck in the living room and the story keeps on progressing... Same living room artwork and the visuals don't change.
I will upload a hotfix soon and reply once again to your comment when said issue has been fixed. I'm deeply sorry you had to experience this.. (It's my first project).
As discussed with Patrons sex scenes will be animated but not fully for now. I need to find a middle ground between animating and making progress on the game.

Base Concepts are generated with ControlNet but then I have to redraw everything. Also you can't use AI to animate in detail or keep a high quality such as what's in the game. AI is cool but has it's limitations. I can give you tips and tricks I guess but the keywords are patience, practice and discipline when it comes to this. Thank you for the kind words and questions!

Good luck on learning Ren'py. I use Ren'py as well. It took me like 5 minutes to learn it. However, I haven't learned all the hard part yet like making world maps for doing a sandbox game.
The basics were easy to learn, it’s a very practical and flexible engine! I’ve spent most of my time learning how to make and add animations using Live2D for things such as NSFW scenes or "jiggle physics". I’ve also got the basics to make a player inventory work. Is your project here on itch.io? I’m curious to see what your sandbox game is about ^^

Once a month is great for being a new solo developer. The art is fantastic, and so is the story. Keep it up! No need to rush it.

I can no longer install the game. I tried updating it and it didn't so i uninstalled and now when i try to re install itch doesnt find the game.

CKPT: catCitronAnime_v10 / VAE: Grapefruit
sampler: DPM++ 2M Karras / sampling steps: 30
res : 512x768
HiRes.Fix:
Upscaler : 4x-UltraSharp / Hires steps : 15 / Denoising strength : 0.35 / Upscale by: 1.5
[If you want to make characters older you'll have to redraw their faces manually btw. ]
I got better at Live2d! Next update will feature eye, mouth and hair animations! If you want to I can give you tips.
